I kind of figured that given the opportunity to spruce up my own home, everything would be retro.
Now that I own a home, well, I'm shooting for a modern look with a retro feel here and there.
One thing I will stay faithful to is colors. The house is from 1942 and I think the rooms will look great with colors that may have been on the walls for the first owner!
