The Little Cape in 1945 and 1964!

Cuyahoga county is so awesome with records, keeping them and making them available to the public.

The first set of papers is all about the house right after it was built - about 3 years after - in 1945.

Even cooler, it was re-assessed in 1964, and this time they took a photo!

Hot dog! And the county sent this all to me for free. Cool!

50 years, and it is by and large still the same Little Cape <3
